Painted the frame... question about the frame end
Painted the frame on my truck today. I stopped at the back because I have some frame work to do. Obviously, the left side is toast and needs work, but I was curious about the right side. Is it suppose to be curved slightly up like it is or completely straight?
   This side obviously needs work:  Is this how it's suppose to be or is this wrong?

It's bent.
It should be flat on top like the section forward of it (up by the spring hanger bracket). K

Anyone have ideas for spare tire relocation? It's too low to keep it underneath. I guess my only options are to carry it in the bed or not at all.

You can have it in the bed. but not just laying there. there is a in bed mount that is factory. it is on the left side *driver* and is very similar to the 67-72's. I have that in my truck. I can see it being very useful when I actually have one size tires. lol

Those are nice solid mounts, but I just don't like how the stick out above the bed. I guess a can of fix-a-flat and AAA is my best bet.
