I am in need if a power steering pulley for a 65 c10. Previous owner warped it pretty bad so I'm in need of one. Should be about the same for 60-67 years possibly later. Let me know what you have. Thamks

truck shop in orange california has new pulleys and brackets

The short water pump was used up thru '72 in the trucks. So that will expand the year range of your search. It is possible that a long water pump power steering pump pulley may work. However there are 2 different styles of the pulley. The early ones had a keyway and were retained to the shaft with a nut. The later ones were a press fit onto the shaft.

I don't know why this is so damn hard to come by. Unless when he tried a puller on the pulley it pressed it in to make it look like that. But I doubt it did that much

Your 3791943 is a 6 cylinder power steering pulley. It is the exact thing i have however the v 8 pulley i have is a little smaller in diameter than yours and the v on mine is a little deeper for higher rpm's of a v8 compaired to a 6 cylinder. The # on mine is 3770509 can you post a pic of the pump set up on yours? Just wondering if its a mismatch of parts. Your pulley is the exact pulley my dad has on his 66 6 cylinder chevy nova.

Well it came off a 63 3/4ton from the factory. I'm waiting to put the pump on until I have the pulley. Maybe the one I got like yours will line up?

Send a pic of the pump and bracket, no way to tell if it is factory its almost 50 years old.
