Thanks, your first guess makes sense.

That second pic seems to be showing the superb aerodynamics of the C10. Wow....that's a stretch.......

I've towed both my 64 C10 and my 69 Chevelle several times on an 18' open trailer. Miles per gallon 14 towing the Chevelle, only 12 towing the C10. Weights are pretty close to the same with both vehicles. The C10 sits up higher and the windshield is more vertical. DEFINITELY a ton more drag.

Re: What is This Truck?

Kind of coincidental you posted that pic today. I just saw one of those C10's on a show about Brazil. They were interviewing an old Brazilian farmer and it was parked in the background. We have a picture thread around here somewhere about Agentinian C/10s or something like that too.

Re: What is This Truck?

Would it have been made down there? What is the purpose of having a different body from the north American ones?

Re: What is This Truck?

To me this looks like an early attempt at photoshop to try and blend out the defining lines of a Chevy to make it a more universal looking truck. You see this in other non GM advertising.

That was my thought, too.
