CHANNEL MASTER CB RADIO MODEL CB6835 With Service Manuals
This is a 40 Channel CB – I would date it about 1976-77
Although the CB radio during the 67-72 model years would be 23 channel – when the 40 channel CB came out in about 1976, most folks dumped there 23 channel CB for a new 40 channel radio.

So, this style radio would have been found in most of our trucks from mid-70’s and beyond but… most folks now a days would have no clue if you have a 23 or 40 channel CB. As a matter of fact the young folks now a days don’t know what a CB is.
This radio is what I would call an Open Box but never used.
Since I am using my Kris XL-50 CB I am selling this CB.
For those who want an accessary that the truck next to you won’t have at car/truck shows, this just might be it. CB Antennas are much easier find. Also Channel Master are few now a days.

Item #2 CB Hump Mount Note: They are hinged to fold over the middle hump.
I have this exact one in my truck.
It is a rare type of CB Mount to find. It is all metal and it saves one from drilling holes in your dash to mount … which I wasn’t willing to do. I would guess this would be made in the mid60’s-mid mid 70’s.

If you want a new NOS period correct CB this is it .. although this is likely 76-77 year radio 99% of the folks out there wont know it. When the 40 channel CB came out most folks got rid of the 23 channel radios. The Channel Master CB is more of a rare find.
