A different Suburban

When I tell friends and family about my next project, a 1950 Plymouth Suburban...everyone says "Plymouth Suburban?". Yup, it's a Plymouth and they had a Suburban too...produced from 49-78.

Picked this gem up a couple years ago in North Dakota (found on the HAMB), and have been resisting the urge to start on it until I finish up a few other projects first. This will be a pretty simple build, with the intent to build a low budget, family friendly and simple 50's cruiser.

PLANS: Replace the rusty floors and rockers, late model v8/auto swap, convert to 12 volt, disc brakes, mild drop, steel wheels & wide whites. Once I get the car running, driving and working the way I like...I'll blow it apart and "finish" it up nicely.
