1967 measurement

Does anybody know the measurement on a 1967 C10 between the top of the core support (next to the radiator cap) where it flattens out to the underside of the hood. I am looking for the distance between the hood and the core support..

Anybody at all.

Trying to figure out if Installing a 2 inch taller radiator would have an interference fit. I have no hood or fenders yet to figure out the space. Don't have the cash for a good stock radiator but have a four core BRASS new radiator that's 19 inches tall I have the hose issue solved.

Almost impossible to measure unless you have a front clip off that has the hood on it. Must be your lucky day...

The front support panel inside of the hood actually goes down past the core support by about an inch just in front of it. The measurement from the core support to the stiffener braces that run from the front to the back of the hood is one and one quarter inches. The braces are the lowest part of the hood in that area. Doesn't look like you have room for that radiator.....

Thank you very much, I didn't want to get it all installed and fabricate paint and install my home made fan shroud and wired only to have to pull it back out. I guess I will have to break my piggy bank and see what I can find. This is Texas I need air and a radiator that can handle it on days like today. Thank you very much.
