Hopefully he saved the dimensions for future builds. I'd hate to have to fly him out when I get to that point on my '57.

Not sure what year the manifolds are but they come on brand new LS3 crate motors , Ive been told they are Corvette manifolds. So you need the manifolds, 2.5" mandrel bends, and some 2.5" flanges, and thats it.

Cool, they appear to be 05 & up vette manifolds. Was there any problem or tips for welding the manifolds. i thought cast iron was tricky to weld unless i am wrong about their material composition. Thanks for the info.

Does anyone know if the same issues arise if you use a differnt motor? Like an lt1 for example?

It can be tricky to weld to it , but it also depends on the cast that you're welding to. These manifolds were a good cast with good composition.

I finally got all the sheetmetal permanently reinstalled ,so now it actually looks like a truck again. Before I put the radiator support back in I decided to flushmount the radiator flat up against it , so that's done too. While I was at it I smoothed up the headers some and applied some black coating to them.

What size are the Delmo specials? I know he makes them in a 20" version, but not sure of the tire size. I plan on running a set but need to know the overall height to spec out a cam.

I'm loving this build. Did you run braided fuel line for the entire length? I'm curious because I'm gathering parts for my fuel system. I might have missed it, but what are you using for paint? I love the satin look.

Yes I ran steel braided the entire length. The paint is BASF , basecoat clearcoat. I've been using Glasurit 923-55, extra matte clear
