5.3 into '52 GMC Burb

I think this is my 1st post here. Been lurking about a year ever since I bought my 52 GMC Ambulance. No glass, no seats, no engine/tranny, no radiator. Just replaced the lower half of the firewall and floor and kick panels. That was the only rust to speak of. Lots of undercoating and it did it's job well. Was an Army ambulance with stretcher racks, fold down jump seats, vent on the roof and lights all over the place. I'm now mocking up the engine placement. Have the frame on jack stands almost dead level across the top rails. What angle do you put your engine in compared to the frame? It is a pickup engine 2004. Oil pan is quite low, use another pan? I've got lots of questions. Will be posting quite a bit in the future.
