Truck is going to be nice. Are the smoothies Centerlines, like "delmo specials"? I have a set of "copo" caps laying around.

Wade I used lye to strip the anodized coating off, bought it at lowes. Its supposed to be 100% lye in a powder/crystal, Just mix a little with hot water and wah-lah.
Seriously I amd doing small pieces in sink but the larger pieces I'm doing in garage and using grey scotchbrite to agitate the coating. As for the polish...I bought some polish for my polished wheels at goodguys but sold the wheels so i figured i didn't want to waste my money. Its the newer product Meguairs has out thats a 3 step and works great! I'll post pics of polish the rest is elbow grease and good rags.

Thanks for the compliment

I'll post up links this evening for both! I have less than $100 in them and they are hi/lo with glass headlamps instead of plastic

Re: Project "Irvin"

Pic of some of the small trim I polished watching tv have to paint the satin black in them but it's better than repop. Hardest part is getting the wood grain off.
