Suspicious tachometer

Trying to figure what the white circuit board that this tachometer attaches to and where to find it? The 3 prong hoodus is in instrument cluster and it attaches to that then out of that the 2 wires to distributer and power. Any help appreciated!

Sure looks like a 70's Camaro tach. Might have been used in other cars, too.
