Re: Everyone

Merry Christmas folks.

Shopping got easier for my wife since the kids got her a Pandora bracelet last Christmas. I got her a flip flop charm for it this year as she lives in them in warmer months.

On the Pendleton Blankets a friend of mine sells more Pendleton blankets in his store than any other private owner store in the US. They also make and sell some nifty blanket coats but they aren't cheap. https://www.kraffs.com/ He even sells unbrushed blanket material that makes pretty interesting seat covers by the yard.

Be safe and have a great Christmas and Happy new year.

71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

I have Filson garments that are 40 years old and look brand new. I am not sure but I think they get their wool from Pendleton Mills. My brother snagged my Dads late 1940's hunting jacket.

Filson just opened a new store in Ballard to cater to the metro loggers.

I watch their after Christmas sales and snag a shirt or something then. When I was working in East Wenatchee on a regular basis I picked up a couple of Filson shirts and a sweater at the East Wenatchee Goodwill. I'd think some orchard owner is still mad at his wife for getting rid of those.

I have a rucksack I used for two degrees worth of college. my first two backpacks exploded with the weight of engineering textbooks and thats when I saw a picture of a filson bag holding a volkswagen engine. college, then a carryon, its been to 22 states and 7 countries with me. I tried to give it to my oldest when she started college at my alma mater, and she eschewed it for a flowered jansport. *SIGH*

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
