C10 Heater Delete plate reproductions for sale

This is the accessory the whole C10 world has been waiting for! They are finally here. These are a Dead Air Garage exclusive, you can only get one of these new reproduction heater delete plates right here! I started off with a mint original Chevy factory heater delete plate. It was factory perfect in every way including the proper textured paint color and finish. That part become the model for having these new parts made. These are hand laid fiberglass done by a world renowned plastics company. These were not done by some glass guy in his garage, these are professional quality parts. Exact to the original in every way. Every line is crisp, straight and strong just like the original part! Laid side by side, you absolutely can not tell the difference. Even the finish is the proper black color with textured finish! See for yourself, my second photo shows the original and the reproduction, can you tell them apart? Left is original, Right is my repro. These fit all 67-72 C10, C20, K5 blazer, suburban, etc. Guys that are bagging their trucks and have to eliminate the heater but want to keep the firewall looking original, this is exactly what you need. A factory Chevy Accessory that was made just for that job. Originals are just not out there, and when they pop up, they bring upwards of $600 regardless of condition. I have these reproductions in stock with more coming weekly. The wait is finally over! Grab one of the rarest accessories chevy ever made for the C10 right now! Proudly made right here in the USA!!

Pricing is $230 shipped Priority in the US. I take Paypal at jasonvw1@gmail.com

Thanks guys. Several sold already this morning. I think everyone will be happy with them. I also have the round pieces in metal for $40.00 shipped with the new heater deletes. Make sure you add in the notes that you want the round block off as well. Thanks for the orders, keep them coming. More great parts rolling out this year from Dead Air Garage, stay tuned.

I hear you man. Lots of guys did the weld up firewall job. I think this gives you the opportunity to keep the truck looking factory and still get rid of the heater in the process. Update: I have sold out of my first batch of 12, but I will have 20 more tonight so any orders placed will ship Thursday. Thanks for the response! I hope everyone enjoys them.

Re: C10 Heater Delete plate reproductions for sale

A great example of how this part helps solve a problem, this truck I am working on now has a broken up heater. Most of the outside plastic was chipped and the heater core was destroyed and plugged with junk.

I pulled the heater out, which actually broke apart in my hands, as did the fan... You can see inside the heater box on the interior side, its full of leaves and nuts and other things mice like to hang onto

A few quick passes with some good wax cleaned up the firewall. The heater delete plate fits using the existing heater holes so no drilling is needed. Much cleaner in my eyes when you pop the hood.

This is a great part! Now firewalls don't have to get ruined. Totally reversible.

Fldawg, sounds good. Stash a little extra scratch because the dash heater delete is coming very soon. Having all 3 parts gives you the full delete kit.
I totally agree on the anti firewall butchering thing too. This solves the problem and it's an original accessory to boot. Thanks everyone.

Re: C10 Heater Delete plate reproductions for sale

My @deadairgarage 67-72 heater delete plate arrived today.
Very high quality and an exact reproduction of the original plate I installed on Ginger.
I already had a "blower motor" delete plate that I purchased from ebay years ago,... but I suggest ordering both, to save on shipping cost.

Thanks again
