first off i havent been on here in some time due to health problems but just recently able to get started back on my ol truck. it is a 67 chevy c10 small window.it started out as a long bed but has been converted to a short bed step side.currently is bagged and in the middle installing rockers and cab corners as well as a cowl induction scoop.here are some pics i have from the build.more to come as i find them.

hood looks awesome!

while a body man buddy bob was working on finishing the hood i started deleting the gas cap hole.started storming pretty good from tropical storm coming in so we put a light seal coat on the hood and called it a day the filler came from a 67 c-60 with saddle tanks and air brakes.if you look close at the picture earlier of the gauges the one just right of the steering column there is an air gauge factory all i need to do is add the tach ;0)

i love my brother lol see that big shiney truck in the back ground.thats what we used to swap the cab to the short bed frame.call us lazy but our backs love us lol

worked on the gas cap filler tonight.not quite done but primed it since it will be a few days before i get back to it i have enough surface rust to content with.

thanks it feels good just to be able to get to work on it again.for me its my STRESS RELIEVER doesnt matter how much of a headache what i am working on is its still a stress reliever.i used to go fishing now i "tinker" lol cab corners and rockers are next.

not much progress been working on cust cars for the last couple days.my son started shaving the the camaro disc brake axle so we could get it ready to go in.for those wondering it is the same length but tube size is a little smaller.pics soon

ok got the hood almost done today.still have a few imperfections to smooth out before paint but its almost there.
now its time to clean the shop.its well over due

got a little progress tonight.been busy with cust.cars all week.got most of the cab stripped and the engine back out.front clip back off.will be picking up my fuel tank and brake booster on sunday from a friends wrecked blazer.will probably take all the fuel and brake lines since they are like new even if i just use them for shelf decor hope to get the rear end welded up to go in.its a posi disk brake from a 86 camaro that has been gone thru to take a beating.it will do fine in my truck since i wont be going crazy on hp my little 304hp 334tq 327 is all i need for a daily driver when i am done. here are a few pics from tonight.






also a friend gave me an old work table.i put some casters on it and turned it into a body cart.nothing fancy but a good place too keep all the body tools

today was a bitter sweet day.while on a tow this morning my customer was having a yard sale and picked up a nice solid door for $20 just to leave there and get a phone call that i have been dreading would come. that my dad had passed away yesterday morning.the part that hurts the most is it til this morning for me to be informed.the only thing i can think of is he didn't want me to miss out on this door.J/K please keep us in your prayers the next few days are going to be tough
