looks soooooooooo killer! and clean! can I ask how many cherries that ran you? and is it permanently affixed? or could they build another and ship it out so someone could put it on themselves

They took my dash and laid some kind of padding and then spray adhesive and wrapped the vinyl on it. Doing the prep work saved me lots of $$$$$

Did you just have to fill in the cracks and sand it down for the prep work for the most part?

Here you go Roy. I cut out all the cracks then filled in all the cut outs with bondo and sanded it down smooth.

French seams always look nice on the dash. Good job! The Porsche crowd has a guy that does their dashes up like that and runs around $1200 if I remember right, or just the kit for like $700 or so, so you did just fine on price.

Yeah it wasn't to bad Roy. Saved me a minimum of 400$ prepping it myself.

Yeah the guy was reasonable on his price and did a good job.

The grill in the picture is made of 16ga perforated stainless plate. I have decided to go a different route on the grills and have some aluminum perforated plate punched out to flush mount the top of my dash.

Once you bondo it the interior shop sprays an adhesive then puts a layer of foam down before applying another adhesive and wrapping the vinyl. I don't think it'll crack being that it's stationary once installed.
