No it wasn't, the sawmill is our own in Harvard IL. We bought the truck from out in Nebraska and I had my Grandfather hand letter it for me. We own a Sign company called Hughes & Son Signs in Crystal Lake IL and wanted something with his work on it. So i thought our sawmill would be proper on it. The previous owner bought it new in 1959 and mortgaged his farm to buy it.Gotta say by far my best buy so far!

No plans in the near future. I'm currently working on my 1968 k20 and putting a cummins in that so i have enough projects as of right now. If i change anything on this truck it would be a 4-53 Detroit Diesel and twin stick trans. But thats the only thing im willing to change. the truck is still original except for the 1990's bucket seats (ugly as F***) and the rear bumper the farmer made. I still am even running the original 7.50/17 tires on split rims.
