Re: intints 67
also got the passenger inner rocker finished up. Sat the cab on to check some clearance issues, and came up with another fleetside bed that i disasembled for the bed floor. got one of the two holes in it patched other than that it just has a few very small dents to work out and very light rust it's definetly the better of the two bed floors I have. my plans are for a painted bed floor no liner, should be fun it only has $0 years of use!

Re: intints 67
Man, great job on the crossmember....I guess why it's nicer is from what I understand that is easier because it's thicker metal and you can run those longer beads which smooth down nicely vs. tack tack tack tack with the thin old metal on the cabs...
but that still came out looking excellent!!!!!

Re: intints 67
why didn't you just buy 6" springs and use your 1" block instead of buying 5" springs and 2" blocks?

Re: intints 67
Great progress! You made the rust repair look like a walk in the park! What are your plans for the 1" X 4" springs? Keep it up!
