Two questions/window crank splines/door handle

1. Is it possible to replace just the window crank splines or does the entire regulator have to be replaced?

2. The passenger side outer door handle is slightly loose. Can someone tell me how to tighten it up?

Thanks

You have to replace the regulator. They used to make a repair kit for the regulators but I don't think they make them any more....

There are two 1/4 inch machine screws or bolts that screw into the handle from inside the door. You have to take the interior door panel off and with a good light you will be able to see the bolts. Go easy or you will twist them off. There should also be a rubber gasket between the handle and the door, make sure it is there.
