I got 2 of the headliner bows installed last night. It was slow going and took about 45 minutes to an hour apiece doing it by myself,
. You definitely have to be patient with them. I put Vaseline on the bows and the metal keeper which helped a lot. I should be able to get the last one installed tonight. As far as removing them, I think if you used a heat gun an were very carful, you'd probably be OK. Here's a couple pictures of the ones I installed last night (my apologies for the bad lighting).
