Had a moment of clarity and memory and remembered that I lose ~70 hp on this ~350hp motor due to living at 6500'. I think the answer at this point is a looser converter to get the motor up on the power band better and maybe a cam to gain back some of the lost hp.

Doesn't help that the 4L80e sucks away some power and (good and bad news) the chassis plants the tires hard. Now just have to survive the virus madness and get back to normal life.
Find a new tuner...
