Gorgeous! Love the wheels and the paint. I guess that's kinda what my blazer would have looked like originally. The sun and years was not kind to that medium olive green

Re: After 2 years of work... first drive

Very nice.
I just purchased a 2002 Camaro Z28 LS-1 with a 6 speed. Carfax shows 78,000 miles before crash. Was going to put it in my next 63 GMC build buy now she's going in a 72 El Camino. Will be fun. Had a LS-2 & 6 speed in my Chevelle that went bye bye a couple weeks ago.
Man, once you have one of these motor/trans combos you don't ever want to go back to old school.
Enjoy that sukka.

Thanks man and I know what you mean. I actually have 2000 SS with a t56 and love the car. Thats why I went this route thought it would be cool to have two of the same set ups. Plan on a getting a mild cam later this year in the C10.

Nice. I actually go the "Not Mild" cam route. Youtube "Saturday Night Special Stage 3" cam video. I put one in my last LS motor so as soon as I bought this one I ordered the same cam for it. Wayyyyy too much, but dang it's awesome. Tick Performance is where I get mine from. Added 40HP to my last motor on the dyno.
