Here's some installed pictures of the 67-72 Chevy Truck firewalls. I have some fab shots, but for the life of me I can't find them right now. I'll post those ones tonight as soon as I can find them

This firewall retails at $699 for the firewall and kick panels

This one is set up to add 4 inches of foot room, but you can get them stock also.

hope this doesnt sound rude... but $800 for flat sheet steel cut to shape? I know it has a couple bends..but it seems like something anyone can make with a air sheer and welder.

yeah, that was my first thought. 800 for sheetmetal, Jeph, whats up with that?!?

Seriously, jeph is a great guy. I just bought a frame mount brake assembly from him.

not rude at all thankyou for bringing that up if you look at the firewall
you will notice it has a double rolled recess this is for the engine clearence
the recess has been fully welded and metal finish.The firewall comes with
new kick panels as well.The kick panels you weld these directly to the stock
floor pan.On thursday we will take some shots of the inside of the cab so
you can see how the firewall looks after it has been fully welded in.

I was right about one thing...I did overprice it, LOL.

The price is actually $699.00 for the firewall and kick panels.

More foot-room is always welcome .These old trucks didn't seem that tight years ago. then you get the stock steering wheel pushed in your chest,,kinda tight-KB

- How does the extended floor affect pedal placement with the under floor booster?

- Any internal bracing planned?

That is stock tranny hump but we made a new taller tunnel to give a little
more room for the tranny.On this truck in are shop it has a tube chassis
and it is full independent on air and lays out on 22's and the motor is a
l-s1 motor with a 4l80e tranny.The master booster on this truck is mounted
under the dash and the firewall was dropped down to add more leg room
for are customer and we have some bracing mounted to inside of the firewall
and we are going to be running the bracing downward to the floor area.We are going to be mounting some hinges on the firewall and these will tie into the firewall bracing so the sheetmetal will not have any flex.The factory hinges will not work,they run into the tires when it is layed out.For the brake
pedal we have a different brake pedal we make with are kits when somebody
wants one of are firewalls with more leg room.We also make another firewall
for these trucks that does not have any issues with the brake pedal.That firewall does not have any more leg room.Hopefully this answers your questions.

Glad you asked that, we are making some inner fender wells for the 67
that is in the shop.Like I was saying earlier it has 22's on the front now
and the truck lays out.The fender wells we are making will work with other
size wheels and tires.When we get closer on them we will post some pics.

I would like to see those inner fender wells also. Mabey you can come up with some wider wheel tubs for the rear also.

we are going to be posting a few pics of are smooth wiper
cowl panel we make out of 16 ga sheetmetal that also retains the factory wipers,but give you a smooth look.
On friday in the shop we are going to be shaving the drip
rails on the 67 cab and we are also going to be filling in the factory rear roof seam.We will be posting some pictures
for you guys to look at.
