Maybe what I saw was from people just trying to line them up and the doors and fenders weren't fitting quite right. The kit comes with 24 stick-on clips and all the bolt-on hardware so I could do it either way. I don't have any of the factory holes left though. I'm going to have to drill for the two pieces on the front and back which have two screws each. Not happy about drilling any new holes after paint.

JB weld the screwheads in the holes and then use a stick-on clip on the end.
