I love those hinges, and because i am also lowering my suburban i would need to relocate my hinges.
The problem is that i am from the netherlands and the hinges are not available in my country. And if they could be shipped, it would cost a fortune by the time they arrive here.

This is why i want to attempt to make these my self.
Off course i would love a set af drawing, but i understand that i cant ask for that.

With a little try and error i think i can make my own.
Only problem are the struts. it is not easy to find the right ones.
And they are to expansive to try a bunch.

Would you mind sharing the details on the gas struts?
I would really appreciate it.

I no longer have the truck that has the PB hinge setup, but I think you can find the strut part number on the PB website. Let me know if you can't.
