Description: 1972 Cheyenne Super 4x4 Shortbed. It is kept it in my heated Garage, I just backed it out the other day to snap a couple of pictures.

I have owned the truck for about a year and a half. I have only put about 1200 miles on it myself. The truck was used as a fair weather/ daily driver by the last owner. I have been slowly picking away at correcting the little issues it had. Here is a list of some of the things that I have done or replaced on it in the last year and a half.

1)Removed a 4" lift and installed a 2" EZ Ride spring kit. The kit included all Greasable spring eye bolts and Nitro gas shocks.
2)New Tires
3)New brakes... Pads, calipers and I used Wagner "high Quality Rotors" front end was gone through.
4) heater core
5)Recored radiator (4 Core)
6)New battery
7)installed a new oil pan gasket to fix leak
8)rebuilt the power steering pump
9)totally rebuilt to show quality standards factory Q-jet (not installed yet)
10)new exhaust installed
11)new water pump
12)new battery
13)New houndstooth seat cover, I used the new bench bottom seat foam from American Cushion.
14)new black carpet

This truck is all original #'s matching with the exception of the new 2" EZ ride lift and the Ralley wheels & tires. It has a 350 4 speed posi rear ends, tilt steering Tach. See glovebox sticker to check other options. The Odometer shows 71,000 original miles. This is claimed to be the total actual mileage.

The last thing I just completed was a complete detailing of the engine compartment and front clip. I removed the inner fender wells and Rad support along with numerous other parts in the engine compartment. Everything was stripped and professionally powder coated Semi Gloss black.

Why do all the nice trucks have to be so far away?! Good luck with the sale.

Hey Deuce... long time, I was hoping to sell it and just focus on my Black truck instead. I was going to put it in the auction at world of wheels this year but they tell me that they are not having it this year. However DO. tells me that the Blazer is a beauty. Keep in touch. I may have some 4x4 stuff you were in need of.

Is it possible to get a better picture of the colour?

It looks red!

That is funny, until you mentioned the fact that it looks red I didn't really see that in the photos. It is not red that is for sure. The color is only a shade or two darker than the factory Bronze Metallic. It is basically the same color as that but I would say just a tad bit darker. I would snap a couple new ones but I am away from home at work right now. All I can do for now is just add a old photo from when I first got the truck. I will add this photo in the original ad above. SO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ALTHOUGH THIS ONE PHOTO SHOWS THE COLOUR MORE LIKE WHAT IT REALLY IS, IT WAS TAKEN BEFORE I REMOVED THE 4"LIFT. THE STANCE HAS CHANGED SINCE THEN AND THE TRUCK NOW SITS A BIT LOWER AND MORE LEVEL THAN SHOWN IN THAT ONE PHOTO. THE CURRENT PHOTOS ABOVE OF THE STANCE ARE THE ONES TAKEN IN THE SNOW.

Thanks for the interest.

I am sorry I have not gotten back to you. I thought the truck was sold but just before the interested party took ownership, his financing fell through. I think he is still working on getting the money but there is no commitment to him anymore. The truck is still for sale if you want it. email me @ super72bb@mac.com if interested

No

The truck is still for sale, I have been working overseas and won't arrive back home until the 20th. A couple guys are interested in having a look at it when I get home. I have just put it in this coming weeks Collector Car Trader, and I think I am going to put it up on ebay as well. Do you know anyone who is interested?

Thanks,

Curtis

Just me lol.

Of course there is an "if" tho. I'm really going to be interested if I can't afford to get this new '07 GM I've been looking at/could be taking home in 2 weeks.

Ebay sounds like a good idea tho, good luck with the sale and if things don't work out for me you'll prolly hear from me again.
