Love your truck! What's the back spacing on your Weld's? You have done a fantasic job of redoing po's mods. Your truck makes me think, someday. If I'm lucky.

Definitely plan on going to Moultrie and the 68 will be coming with me, .

Thanks! I don't know about hooking up better, but it's definitely more fun...

Thanks, I have a great platform to work with. The rears are 15 x 12 with a 6" backspacing.

Due to the lowering the rear and the installation of the new tank, I was having a few exhaust clearance issues. I took it to my muffler man today and he took care of the problem. I also had him add some nice stainless tips, . Here's a couple more pictures.....

The bed floor patch looks great Rob, how much of a gap between the panels did you have for your welds? I got a long bed floor that I am going to cut down and weld together for my someday crew cab short bed. Keep up the good progress, still waiting to see that sweet Burb done so we can see the ending to that CREW CAB! Trevor

Thanks Trevor. I used a 1/8" cutoff wheel to make my gaps. Hopefully the Burb will be back in the shop by the end of the month. If me and the painter can get our schedules lined up, it should only take about a week to finish up the paint, . And then on to the Crew, .

Rob, when you start back on the Crew, can you take some pics of your floor where the cabs were mated, and of the pillars between the doors? Thanks bud, Trevor

Will do. Send me your email addy and I'll send some of the ones I have. The floor is pretty simple, they just bent a piece of metal 35" wide to match the contour of the floor. The roof is a little more complicated but not to bad. The doors will be the fun part (look at the build Rokcrwln did). Do you plan on using a suburban for the majority of the truck? I would highly recommend that you do that, 70% of the hard stuff is already done....
