Yep I can say it is real too!! it is not a hologram or a figment of anyone's imagination it is real you can touch it but I wouldn't if I were you. You might loose a finger or two if Alan is close enough.

One really beautiful truck and the pictures don't do it justice, it looks awesome in person.

well, it's just crazy how many nice/cool trucks are in the TOTM this month...it really is a tough choice, & all are deserving of their own award...that said, i'm not saying which one got my vote

Re: Project Vitamin C-10

I'm not going to quote everyone, but I do want to say thanks to everyone for all the comments, votes and support. I really appriciate everything. Lets keep it going.

Still tinkering with the timing. I swapped out the dizzy springs last night. I got to run it today and they are too light. The advance starts coming in around 730 rpm. Which kicks the idle up to 880. I will swap out to the next heavier spring.

Also noticed the temp gauge gets to 3/4 and the fan kicks on then cools to 1/2 gauge. While running down the road and at the end of a 15 mile trip the temp is at 3/4 gauge.

I've always heard that an electric will block the air moving while going down the road. I might install a toggle temporarily to check this theory. If that is the case I can cut some relives in the shroud so air can bypass the electric fan. I see those reliefs on late model cars.

Re: Project Vitamin C-10

i had the same problem when i installed my fan and shroud it would run warmer going down the road than when idling, i removed the shroud and it reversed so when i go back together with mine it will have a few reliefs cut in it. and by the way, it looks as though you have the totm wrapped up, congrats

Thanks you Sir!! The fat lady hasn't sang yet.

When I cut the reliefs I'd like to put a flap over them so when I'm stopped they close with the vacumm from the fan.
