I bought this seat a few years ago already recovered. It was maroon but I dyed it black using SEM prep/paint. So far its held up rather well. I did do some touchup in normal wear areas prior to installing in this truck.

Its way on down the list, but I've been contemplating doing the green Highlander plaid but with black trim instead of white. She HATES that idea though.

I've decided instead of painting this hood, I'm going to first try and find a nice patina green hood.
Well from what I can see, the dye turned out good. I thought it was a new cover on the old seat. Do you still have old seat?
