Measurement and Pic of Third Door Handle

The PO of my burb has shaved the door handles on the third and driver's door, I don't have a pass door.

Can anybody get me a good pic of the door without the handle on it and a measurement of the holes. How far they are down from the window would be great.

Door panels were already off. You just can't see very much in there.

Bryan, it's the same measurement as your front door.
