Getting my Suburban on the road after 11 years...
Finally decided to move my Suburban from it's 11-year resting place @ the family farm barn.
Hauled it home, washed her, already have a set of tires/wheels for her... New carb, battery, etc. next up...maybe a cowl hood.

BTW, the Sub was lowered before (was put back "up" before storage) & now live with a long, steep driveway w/ a breakover top. The 31" tires will keep me from dragging.

It was a 250/powerglide when my Grandmother handed it off to me...assembled a torquey 350 & swapped in a TH-350 @ the same time.
Dated my wife in it, life got in the way for a bit. It is a 3-seat model, radio/cig lighter delete model, bought new by the Salvation Army of all people, G/ma bought it in early '75. Will get some more pics this week. thanks! Doc

Horrible pic in the bard shed...slapped the 31's on
I am thinking that I need to replace the stock, 6-cylinder springs. The hood is bad, cowl hood is in the works. My '66 Catalina waits patiently in the background.

This one is a '66 Catalina Ventura, 389 4-bbl, Th-400, 2.XX rear
Rides great & is hell-on-the-highway....in the middle of new stock springs, disc brakes, larger sway bars, etc.
