WIW LFD's 4 door Tahoe

Just testing waters we have put in a bit on a new place and may want some extra cash on hand.
So you all have seen the build and it would come as is with everything you have seen for it. Vett suspension, body, frame, 3 rows of 03 tahoe seats, bags and AccuAir system, tires and rims, 2005 5.3L 4L60 AOD with comp and stock harness and what ever else misc I have around for it.

What kind of numbers should I be looking at.

It's definitely worth that. However, projects are hard to sell for what they are worth, .

That is one bad ass tahoe, I dont really like to put a price on other peoples rides, but know that if I had the cash I would concider buying it if it was in the 10-15k range, just my 2 cents

Re: WIW LFD's 4 door Tahoe

I personally think anything under $20K would not be reasonable for the amount of craftsmanship into the Tahoe. I would hope to find out it sales for closer to $30K. Again, That's only if you ask me. Good luck with the sale, and good luck with the new home purchase Rokcrln !

Re: WIW LFD's 4 door Tahoe

Thanks for the feed back but after looking at all the disclosures on the property (most of it non permitted) and after playing the counter offer game, we let our bid expire. So both the family and the Tahoe will be staying right were we are.

Problem is I am right down town and only on a 10,000sq ft lot. My current shop is 25x45 and is on my property corner with out a set back or easement (grandfathered in from the 1920's) but can not be torn down and rebuilt and the foot print can not be enlarged. What I can do and have had plans to do is go up with a second floor. Since I am zoned residential/commercial I can go to a good height to allow 10' ceilings on the first floor and about a 9-10' up stairs as well. Then at one end of my shop is a drive through section with doors front and back for the old horse and buggies to pull through and that area would get a large 4 post lift for access to the second floor for loading and unloading of equipment. This would leave about a 25'x33' second floor. But in order to do this I would need to retrofit the building for the added weight at a cost of about 20-30k and then the second floor and roof. So I am going to make due as long as we can and just go from their.
